Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders and provide appropriate solutions.
• Act and communicate proactively and keep customers and stakeholders informed of any challenges or changes.

Ownership & Delivery

• Take full responsibility and end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks.
• Work independently and assist the team in realizing goals and standards.

Problem Resolution & Continuous Improvement

• Engage in constructive problem resolution and provide solutions.
• Address root causes and seek continuous improvements by constantly looking for ways to improve work processes.

Team Collaboration

• Share knowledge and best practices with the team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred fields include Supply Chain and Logistics, Operations Management, Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Engineering, Legal, HSSE, Finance, Marketing, or Human Resources).
• UAE Family Book (required for prioritization; all qualified candidates are welcome to apply).
• Fresh graduate or candidate with a range of experience.
