Role Overview
Truck Skilled Driver position at Napco National.
Role Purpose
Operate and maintain company vehicles while ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods to designated destinations, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and condition, and managing customer interactions and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Delivery
- Transfer goods to designated destinations.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities as per loading manifest.
Vehicle Maintenance & Care
- Perform truck monthly maintenance tasks including cleaning, oil changes, and filter replacement.
- Schedule regular vehicle service appointments.
- Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness.
- Report any vehicle issues to management.
Customer & Documentation Management
- Ensure invoices are stamped by customers and returned to CSD.
- Report all customer complaints to management.
- Recommend ideas for service improvement to superior.
