Role Overview

Traveling Butler for a private ultra-high-net-worth family based with Elesta. The role involves managing household operations and providing comprehensive hospitality services across multiple residences, primarily in the UAE, Europe, and Latin America.

Role Purpose

Provide comprehensive household management and butler services to ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming environment for the family across all residences. Manage daily operations, coordinate household logistics, and deliver exceptional hospitality services while traveling with the family.

Key Responsibilities

Household Operations & Management

• Manage all household operations, including planning and overseeing regular services and deliveries.
• Organize and manage household supplies, closets, and storage areas.
• Keep records and conduct inventory of household purchases.
• Source the best prices and purchase necessary household goods.
• Monitor and report on household budgets and expenses.

Hospitality & Service

• Serve meals, snacks, tea, canapés, cocktails, and other food and beverage items.
• Greet and welcome all guests to the home.
• Deliver service in a high-standard environment aligned with family expectations.

Logistics & Coordination

• Handle correspondence, including visiting post offices, processing returns, and receiving deliveries.
• Assist with packing and unpacking parcels.
• Run errands and grocery shopping.
• Place online orders for household needs.

Security & Emergency Response

• Act as a point of contact in emergencies.
• Inspect and secure the property.
• Inform management, security services, and law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in household management, butler service, or personal assistance.
• Educational background in Hospitality, Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
