Role Purpose

Identify and address technical skills and competency gaps across the organization by developing, coordinating, and evaluating comprehensive electrical and technical training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development

• Identify technical skills and competency gaps.
• Develop electrical and technical training plans and programs.
• Develop training materials and competency-development content.

Delivery & Coordination

• Coordinate technical training activities and workshops.

Evaluation & Stakeholder Management

• Evaluate technical training effectiveness.
• Liaise with technical departments and training providers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years' relevant Learning & Development or training experience.
