Role Purpose

Develop business by managing customer relationships, expanding territory, and generating sales enquiries while supporting the sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

• Meet regularly with assigned accounts and update visit reports.
• Generate enquiries and update enquiry and quotation records at regular intervals.
• Verify and ensure quotations are sent in concurrence with the sales coordinator.
• Conduct price negotiation at site level.

Team Support

• Manage and train sales and marketing executives.

Strategic Focus

• Expand assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain customer relationship management practices.
