Role Overview

Traffic Control Personnel at Burjline Builders, supporting a large-scale operational project in Qatar.

Role Purpose

Manage traffic flow and coordinate safe and efficient vehicle and pedestrian movement across the project site, maintaining clear access routes and supporting operational continuity through close collaboration with site operations and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

Traffic Management

• Control and direct vehicle and pedestrian movement within designated areas.
• Manage entry, exit, parking and traffic-flow points.
• Assist with vehicle queuing and safe movement around operational areas.
• Support temporary diversions, closures and controlled access when required.

Safety & Compliance

• Implement traffic-management and site-safety procedures.
• Maintain clear emergency and operational access routes.
• Identify and immediately report traffic or safety hazards.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with Security, HSE and Operations teams.

Additional Information

• Work outdoors and across shifts as required.
