Role Purpose

Provide rapid operational support to traders, monitor system stability, handle and resolve incidents, maintain documentation, and identify process improvements to enhance trading operations efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Trader Support & Operations

• Support traders in their daily operations and handle their requests.
• Monitor system stability and respond quickly to issues.

Incident & Ticket Management

• Work with tickets and help resolve incidents.
• Respond quickly to incident reports and support requests.

Infrastructure & Systems Monitoring

• Monitor infrastructure and system performance.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and improvement ideas.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Maintain and update documentation and knowledge base.
• Build and maintain knowledge base documentation.

Process Improvement

• Suggest improvements to make processes faster and more efficient.
• Identify process improvements and operational enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in Operations or Support roles.
• Experience in high-load environments (fast response, multitasking).
• Basic knowledge of trading and financial systems.

Skills & Competencies

• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.
• Understanding of incident management and customer support principles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and reasoning skills.

Additional Information

Work Schedule

Weekdays with rotating shifts

• Morning shift: 09:00–17:00
• Day shift: 11:00–19:00 (on-site)
• Evening shift: 18:30–02:00 (remote)
