Role Purpose
Act as the key bridge between trading, risk, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and backed by precise data insights. Oversee project progress, streamline cross-departmental collaboration, and develop real-time dashboards that provide actionable visibility into trading performance and risk exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Coordinate and manage projects across trading, risk, and technology teams, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
- Prepare clear, data-driven project updates and reports for senior management.
Dashboard and Data Development
- Collaborate with data and tech teams to design, build, and maintain real-time dashboards for trading performance and exposure monitoring.
Risk and Reporting
- Work closely with the Risk Department to enhance reporting frameworks and data accuracy.
Process Optimization
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency across departments.
Performance Monitoring
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate project impact, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in prop trading, fintech, CRM/technology consulting, or financial services.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong understanding of risk management concepts including drawdown, equity curve, and daily loss limits.
- Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset.
