Role Purpose
To monitor site operations and ensure activities are executed according to project plans, technical requirements, and quality standards while coordinating with teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver smooth and efficient site execution.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations
- Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Verify that materials, equipment, and resources are available and properly utilized.
Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and external parties to resolve operational issues.
- Provide updates on progress, risks, and technical concerns to the project team.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between departments and vendors.
Progress Monitoring
- Track site progress and identify potential delays or challenges.
- Recommend corrective actions to maintain schedules and targets.
- Maintain accurate daily records of site activities and progress.
Technical Support
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work plans.
- Provide technical guidance to on-site teams.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of operational or technical problems.
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and inspection records.
- Ensure documentation is completed accurately for project tracking and audits.
- Provide periodic reports detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products and services.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.
- 2 to 4 years of work experience.
