Role Purpose
Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of digital platforms and customer-facing applications through robust testing, automation, and continuous improvement practices. Deliver high-quality technology solutions that meet customer and business expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Execution
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for banking applications and platforms.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing to ensure high-quality releases.
Defect Management
- Identify, document, track, and support the resolution of software defects in collaboration with development teams.
Test Automation
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve quality, efficiency, and release velocity.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure solutions meet customer and business expectations.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, quality assurance standards, and testing best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- UAE National (Family Book required).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or technology delivery environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies, defect management, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Familiarity with test automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
