Role Overview
Territory Lead, Trauma & Extremities, Western Region at Stryker, located in Jeddah. This position operates on a hybrid work flexibility model.
Role Purpose
Support the growth of the Trauma & Extremities Division in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia by establishing and maintaining customer relationships, executing regional sales targets, and delivering comprehensive product and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Relationship Management
- Establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers in the area of responsibility and maintain continuity.
- Plan, implement, and report customer and partner visits and demos in accordance with sales targets and customer demands.
- Communicate scientific support requests and plans to the marketing department in the regions where you work and support the process.
Sales Execution & Reporting
- Track trends, competitors, and product developments and legal regulations in the area of responsibility and report to manager.
- Carry out sales-related activities in accordance with regional sales targets determined in line with company strategies and prepare sales reports requested by manager.
- Evaluate requests for proposals from customers and partners and prepare a complete list of materials according to customer needs.
Procurement & Project Support
- Inform customers about purchasing methods including tender, intermediate purchase, leasing, and external purchase options.
- Cooperate with the tender department on projects decided to be procured and support completion and reporting.
- Keep track of material delivery dates and inform customers.
Product Delivery & Training
- Carry out delivery and installation of materials.
- Provide post-sales user training for product portfolio.
- Attend surgery cases.
- Prepare Congress and Demo materials, use them appropriately, and deliver materials to storehouse in sterilized and non-damaged condition.
Collections & Financial Management
- Bring customer bills to the accrual stage.
- Follow up collections with the Finance and Accounting department to ensure payments are made at given due dates.
Quality & Feedback Management
- Communicate customer feedback and complaints to the Quality Management Representative and Manager.
- Evaluate feedback in your area of responsibility, take necessary actions, and report them to the customer and related persons.
Logistics Support
- Provide support to the logistics team when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as territory lead or similar role.
- Experience in Orthopaedics industry including Trauma, Extremities, Joint Replacement, or related areas.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in English.
Additional Information
- Travel requirement: 30%.
- Preferred experience in Trauma & Extremities.
