Job description

Role Overview

Territory Lead Instruments/NSE, Central Region, KSA at Stryker. Field-based position.

Role Purpose

Drive sales of the Instruments/NSE portfolio in the KSA Central Region by establishing and maintaining customer relationships, executing regional sales targets, and managing the complete customer lifecycle from proposal through post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers in the territory and maintain continuity.
  • Carry out sales-related activities in accordance with regional sales targets determined by company strategy.
  • Prepare sales reports requested by the manager.
  • Evaluate requests for proposals from customers and partners in the territory.
  • Prepare a complete list of materials according to customer needs.

Customer & Territory Management

  • Track trends, competitors, product developments, and legal regulations in the territory and report findings to the manager.
  • Plan, implement, and report customer and partner visits and product demonstrations in accordance with sales targets and customer demands.
  • Keep track of material delivery dates in the territory and inform customers of schedules.
  • Inform customers about purchasing methods (tender, intermediate purchase, leasing, external purchase) and cooperate with the tender department on procured projects.

Delivery & Installation

  • Carry out delivery and installation of materials.
  • Provide post-sales user training.
  • Attend surgical cases.

Financial & Administrative Management

  • Bring customer bills to the accrual stage.
  • Follow up collections with the Finance and Accounting department to ensure payments are made at specified due dates.

Quality & Feedback

  • Communicate customer feedback and complaints to the Quality Management Representative and Manager.
  • Evaluate feedback within the territory, take necessary actions, and report outcomes to customers and relevant parties.

Marketing & Logistics Support

  • Prepare Congress and Demo materials.
  • Use materials appropriately and deliver them to the storehouse in sterilized and undamaged condition.
  • Communicate scientific support requests and plans to the marketing department in the regions of operation and support the process.
  • Provide support to the logistics team when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience.
  • Experience in a relevant field.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Works collaboratively with others to achieve business objectives using communication and diplomacy skills.
  • Evaluates situations using multiple sources of information.

Additional Information

  • KSA driving license required.
  • 80% travel percentage.
  • Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline to be acquired through job-related training and on-the-job experience.
