Role Overview

Telesales Agent - Intern position with Trendyol Group in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This internship focuses on seller acquisition and marketplace expansion.

Role Purpose

Identify, contact, and onboard new SME sellers to grow Trendyol's marketplace, with primary focus on the Saudi market. Support prospective sellers from initial conversation through registration and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Seller Acquisition

• Connect with prospective sellers via telephone and other channels.
• Understand business models and needs of potential sellers.
• Introduce sellers to marketplace opportunities available through Trendyol.
• Support sellers through the entire onboarding journey, from first conversation through registration completion.
