Telephone Operator at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island. You will deliver exceptional hospitality by managing incoming guest calls and supporting hotel operations.

Role Purpose
As a Telephone Operator, you will spread the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences to every guest through responsive, professional telephone support and accurate information relay to hotel teams.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Communication
- Provide exceptional phone support with an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests
Operational Knowledge
- Maintain relevant knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and operations
Emergency Response
- Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations
Technology & Tools
- Leverage PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with PBX telephone systems
- Proficiency with computer applications
- Professional and courteous communication
- Ability to respond promptly to inquiries
- Ability to relay information accurately and in detail
- Knowledge of hotel services and amenities
