Role Overview

Technician - Diagnostic at Al Ghurair. This role performs diagnostic and repair work on vehicles, combining technical expertise with customer service and teamwork.

Role Purpose

To diagnose vehicle faults accurately and efficiently, perform repairs to high quality standards, and support workshop operations through skilled maintenance work and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnostics & Repairs

• Perform diagnostics on vehicles to identify faults and required repairs.
• Execute maintenance and repairs on vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Produce high quality workmanship in all assigned duties.
• Read complex wiring diagrams and service literature to inform repair decisions.
• Assist other technicians with diagnostics when faced with difficult vehicle problems.

Safety & Equipment

• Use tools and equipment in a safe manner at all times.

Documentation & Customer Service

• Write reports for warranty and repair purposes.
• Upsell additional repairs on cars being serviced and repaired.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Electric Vehicle (EV) experience preferred.
