TECHNICAL ERP SYSTEM ANALYST

Role Overview

Technical ERP System Analyst at NMDC Group. This role focuses on Oracle Fusion Applications configuration, customization, and implementation to support business operations across Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Human Resources, and CRM modules.

Role Purpose

Configure, customize, and implement Oracle Fusion Applications to meet business requirements. Ensure data integrity during system migrations, develop technical solutions using low-code platforms, and deliver documentation and testing to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Implementation

• Configure Oracle Fusion Applications based on business requirements and best practices.
• Develop customizations and extensions using APEX and VBCS to address specific business needs that cannot be met through standard configurations.
• Design solutions to align with existing technology, including hardware, operating systems, and other applications.

Reporting & Data Management

• Fulfill reporting requirements for Oracle Fusion Applications including CRM, ERP (Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Project), and Human Resources modules.
• Assist in data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Applications, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure developed solutions meet defined requirements and perform as expected.

Documentation & Governance

• Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Ensure security best practices and data compliance standards are followed throughout implementation.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with functional consultants and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Investigate, understand, and respond to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strategically important client and contractor relationships.
• Proactively serve and constructively respond to external client needs to meet business priorities.
• Collaborate constructively and effectively with all levels within and outside the organization, orally and in writing.
• Manage conflict, solve problems, and mediate between different interests of multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant domain.
• Nice to have: Certification in Oracle Fusion technical.
