Role Overview

Team Lead — Compliance Monitoring, Assurance & Testing (CMAT) at Binance, based in ADGM.

Role Purpose

Design and run Binance ADGM's independent, risk-based compliance monitoring and assurance programme. Assure the Board, Senior Management and the FSRA that the firm's AML/CFT, market conduct, client-asset, and prudential controls are operating effectively and remain compliant with the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) rulebooks and applicable UAE federal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Assurance

• Lead the independent, risk-based compliance monitoring and assurance programme.
• Assure the Board, Senior Management and the FSRA of control effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver evidence-based regulatory reporting that withstands FSRA supervisory scrutiny.

Control Testing & Compliance

• Own disciplined testing of AML/CFT, market conduct, client-asset, and prudential controls.
• Ensure timely escalation of findings.
