Role Purpose

As a Tamheer HR Trainee, you will assist the HR team across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and payroll management while developing essential HR skills alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Records & Administration

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR system.
• Provide administrative support related to payroll inputs and employee files.
• Support attendance and leave tracking procedures.

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.

Benefits & Compliance

• Assist in health insurance enrollments and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Reporting & Audits

• Support internal HR audits and reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Recently completed or currently holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Must be a Saudi National.
• Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months.
• No prior participation in the Tamheer programme.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or business support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships in a diverse team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and openness to learning HR systems.
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information.
