Talent Acquisition Intern with Thales in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, participating in the Tamheer Program.

Role Purpose
Support the Talent Acquisition Partner in day-to-day candidate sourcing, administrative and operational work within the Competency Center organization.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Candidate Management
- Manage candidate experience and ensure the flow of generated applications aligns with needs identified by the TA account.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate and interact with the Talent Sourcing community and TAP community.
- Provide expertise on the external market and its specificities.
Health, Safety & Environment
- Ensure both your own safety and the safety of others at all times.
- Maintain an active role in achieving the objectives and adhering to the HSE Thales Policy.
- Comply with local HSE laws and legislation.
- Use safety equipment, including PPE, as required and intended.
- Lead by example and actively encourage departments to look at ways to conserve water and energy, minimise the generation of waste, and encourage recycling.
- Report immediately to your line manager and the HSE department if you believe that your activities may affect your health and safety or that of others. Everyone within Thales has the right to stop work in such circumstances.
Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate degree in HR.
