Role Purpose

Fulfill the Pilot Monitoring role during Flight Simulator training. Support the client's training and learning experience by attending all elements of the training event, including pre-flight and post-flight briefings, while maintaining professional conduct in all interactions with clients and instructors.

Key Responsibilities

Flight Operations Support

• Fulfill the Pilot Monitoring role during Flight Simulator training.
• Attend all elements of the training event to support client's training and learning experience.
• Attend pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients and instructors.
• Complete necessary forms and checklists as required for the Pilot Monitoring role.

Qualifications & Experience

• Basic skills required.
• Little to no prior work experience needed.
