Role Overview

Role Purpose

Manage and optimize supply chain operations to ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, and demand forecasting that support business objectives and customer fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting & Planning

• Analyze historical data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Monitor demand patterns and adjust forecasts based on changing business conditions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align supply planning with revenue targets.

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and manage lead times.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain relationships with key vendors.
• Process purchase orders and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels across all locations and products.
• Optimize stock levels to minimize carrying costs while maintaining service levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation.

Operations & Logistics

• Develop and execute supply plans to meet production and sales schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient distribution.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or supply chain disruptions.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare regular supply chain performance reports and metrics.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all supply planning activities.
