Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• 3 to 7 years of experience as a Bodyshop Estimator in the Automobile Industry

Key Responsibilities

Operational Delivery

• Ensure 100% production and output to achieve budget targets
• Ensure staff execution of assigned jobs according to established work standards, specifications and required time
• Maintain discipline, safety and cleanliness through strict implementation of company rules, regulations and procedures
• Ensure effective communication with senior and subordinate staff for smooth workshop floor operation
• Ensure quality work for enhanced customer satisfaction and retention by minimizing repeat jobs and increasing total workshop efficiency
• Determine and provide resources needed to support operations, including manpower, infrastructure and tools

Performance & Development

• Review employee performance on a regular basis
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide moral support for developing staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding
• Provide career development planning and opportunities
