Role Overview

Supervisor - SKIMS at SKIMS Mirdiff City Centre, Al Tayer Group.

Role Purpose

Ensure excellent customer service and operational excellence in the department by effectively managing the sales team, controlling department operations including merchandising and stock control, and achieving department targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Leadership

• Direct and coach the sales team to achieve excellent standards of customer service on the shop floor and lead by example.
• Analyse sales data on a day-to-day basis to maximize sales.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, either by dealing with them personally or escalating to the store manager.

Team Management & Development

• Motivate team members to achieve shared goals and acknowledge team and individual successes.
• Ensure all new starters are inducted into the department team.
• Ensure all department staff are trained on all aspects of the department in liaison with the store manager and training department.
• Set and maintain standards of grooming, presentation and professional conduct across the team.

Operations & Compliance

• Monitor stock in the department and inform the store manager of any depleting stocks or stock loss to take corrective action.
• Ensure the department is merchandised commercially and visually as per the guidelines provided by the brand.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping with regards to the sales floor, fitting rooms and stock areas.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures including refund and exchange policy, security, health and safety policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school qualification.
• 4 – 5 years experience in a sales or customer service environment.
