Supervisor Land Freight at AD Ports Group (Noatum Logistics). This role oversees daily operations of land freight within the logistics cluster, ensuring efficient truck utilization, timely delivery, and strong client relationships while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Role Purpose
The Supervisor Land Freight coordinates and oversees daily land freight operations, ensuring efficient truck utilization, timely goods delivery, and sustained client relationships while upholding high standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Arrange day-to-day operations and monitor truck utilization.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, work schedules, and monitor delivery timelines.
- Manage outsourced trucks and oversee their operations.
Fleet & Vehicle Coordination
- Verify packing lists and coordinate the required number and type of vehicles, executing tasks with the team.
- Arrange necessary trucks, manpower, and equipment before loading shipments, ensuring safe cargo handling.
- Ensure all fleet requirements from clients and coordinators are met promptly and efficiently.
Documentation & Compliance
- Issue delivery notes and ensure timely, accurate submission and job closure.
- Submit all required documents, including port delivery notes and payment receipts, after shipment delivery.
Client Relations & Service
- Maintain strong client relationships, providing necessary documents and reports.
- Respond to customer follow-ups, address delivery efficiency, and handle justified complaints.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree, preferably with diplomas in logistics, shipping, or export.
- Diploma or College degree education required.
- 3 to 4 years of working experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or administrative roles is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Good reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Basic communication in English required.
- Proficiency in transportation management systems or logistics software.
- Knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards.
- Dynamic leadership and ability to identify opportunities.
- Stakeholder influence and ability to achieve measurable outcomes.
