Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance

• Conduct daily meetings with the team to share individual performance metrics.
• Plan and schedule duty roster.

Compliance & Updates

• Share RTA circular updates with the team.
• Communicate legal requirements of registrations to staff.

Customer Service

• Provide clarifications and solutions for customer queries effectively.

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain good relationships with RTA employees.
