Role Overview
Strategy Implementation Manager at ADNOC. The role oversees the implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and operational execution while driving efficiency and effectiveness in achieving organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development and Implementation
- Manage the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain tools and frameworks to support strategy execution and performance tracking.
- Develop and implement best practices for strategy execution within the organization.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategy execution efforts.
Project and Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects effectively and efficiently.
- Lead the development of performance metrics to measure the success of strategy execution.
- Manage the allocation of resources to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure feasibility and alignment with strategic goals.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in strategy execution.
Monitoring and Risk Management
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Review and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Monitor the alignment of departmental activities with the overall organizational strategy.
- Lead the resolution of issues and challenges that arise during the execution of strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Consult with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations on strategy execution.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on strategic priorities and execution plans.
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and feedback on strategic initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments to support strategy execution.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on the status of strategic initiatives.
- Engage with external consultants and vendors to support the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Communicate with industry experts and peers to gather insights and best practices for strategy execution.
- Represent the organization at external events and forums related to strategy execution and management.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to external audiences on the organization's strategy execution efforts.
Compliance and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all strategy execution activities.
- Initiate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of strategy execution processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy execution, project management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.
