Storekeeper

Role Overview

Storekeeper at Al Gahwa Al Arabiya. The Storekeeper will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and inventory.

Role Purpose

Receive, store, and issue materials and products while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper handling and storage of goods. This role supports the smooth flow of products within the company and maintains an efficient supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and transactions.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with audits.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to manage stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials in the warehouse.
• Issue materials and products to departments according to requests and procedures.
• Organize and ensure proper storage of goods to prevent damage or loss.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies within the warehouse.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role.
• Additional certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Familiarity with inventory management and record-keeping systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks (advantageous).
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina to handle lifting and standing for extended periods.
