Role Purpose
To support stock count operations through accurate scanning, verification, and data collection while adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Count Operations
- Follow all relevant Stock Count policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Ensure that each individual item is accurately scanned.
- Ensure an accurate check and recheck of items scanned.
- Cooperate with others to complete the Stock Count Scanning.
Supervision and Reporting
- Implement activities under close supervision.
- Highlight all issues of concern to Supervisor during the count which may have impact on the accuracy of stock count result.
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case or issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Asset Management
- Ensure collection of scanners, cradle and all other accessories, count them before leaving the Store premises.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 years of experience as a Stockroom operative in Retail, preferably Fashion.
