Role Overview

Store Keeper at Apparel Group.

Role Purpose

Manage inventory, storage, and supply distribution for restaurant operations. Ensure accurate stock records, proper handling of perishables and materials, and seamless coordination between purchasing, kitchen, and restaurant departments.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Inspection

• Receive and inspect deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Monitor stock movement, expiry dates, and product quality.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory and stock reports as required.

Storage & Handling

• Properly store food, beverages, packaging materials, and other supplies.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom.

Distribution & Coordination

• Issue items to the restaurant departments based on approved requests.
• Coordinate with the purchasing, kitchen, and restaurant teams.
