Role Overview

Steward | General Stewarding (AJBR) at Emaar, responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in day-to-day operations and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools to maintain impeccably clean kitchen and restaurant equipment required to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Role Purpose

To ensure kitchen and restaurant equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, supporting exceptional guest experiences through meticulous stewarding operations and adherence to service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Plan, direct, control and coordinate day-to-day operations and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools.
• Conduct all operational tasks in Stewarding in line with required service standards and procedures.
• Maintain impeccably clean kitchen and restaurant equipment.

Service Delivery

• Go the extra mile where you can.
• Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
• Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest's interests at heart.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a high school diploma; College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
• Good knowledge of HACCP guidelines and local Hygiene laws.

Skills & Competencies

• Genuine service personality, with high emotional quotient (EQ).
