Role Overview

Steward at Palazzo Versace Dubai, based in Dubai.

Role Purpose

Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards of kitchen and dining areas while supporting daily operations and special events through efficient dishwashing, food preparation assistance, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen & Dishwashing Operations

• Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Keep kitchen areas tidy and in compliance with safety and health regulations.

Food Preparation & Storage

• Assist with food preparation and storage, ensuring hygiene standards are met.

Inventory & Logistics

• Support the kitchen and restaurant team with stock organization, deliveries, and inventory management.

Dining Area Support

• Assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas for special events or daily operations.

Safety & Equipment

• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals properly, following all safety protocols.
