SR COMPLETION ENGINEER

Role Overview

Senior Completion Engineer at NMDC Group. This role is responsible for ensuring that tasks assigned are properly implemented as per work standards and procedures.

Role Purpose

Lead completion and handover activities on oil and gas projects, managing vendor relationships, coordinating across disciplines, and delivering commissioning work to schedule and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Completion and Handover Planning

• Identify Completion and Handover sequence in line with Project scope of work.
• Produce plans and specific method statements related to the scope.

Team Leadership

• Lead a team to undertake Completion and Handover activities in projects.

Vendor Management

• Perform various activities related to Vendor management such as review of PO requirements, interface with construction and commissioning.

Coordination and Integration

• Interface with other disciplines to ensure integration of activities.
• Perform inter-discipline checks.

Resource and Task Management

• Identify equipment and software required to complete assigned task.

Reporting and Problem Management

• Report on work progress, bringing to notice potential problems or delays and recommend solutions.
• Review assigned database for pre-commissioning status index and commissioning technical database.

Compliance

• Ensure compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience within the oil and gas industry.
• At least 4 years in a key role in Commissioning.
