To establish and develop a recognized urology service within a collaborative community healthcare setting, providing comprehensive urological care to patients across all age groups while building sustainable referral pathways and patient demand.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Service Delivery

• Provide comprehensive urological consultations and treatments to patients across all age groups
• Develop and expand the urology service while building a sustainable, long-term patient base

Collaboration & Coordination

• Collaborate with other specialists within the polyclinic to ensure coordinated patient care and continuity of treatment
• Participate in clinical decision-making and contribute to the advancement of healthcare standards within the facility
• Manage patient relationships and support the growth of referral networks across the clinic's services

Qualifications & Experience

• Medical degree with specialist qualification in Urology
• Valid professional registration and licensure to practice in the UAE
• Proven clinical experience in a urological practice setting
