Role Purpose
Manage and recover delinquent accounts within the Credit Collections team while delivering exceptional customer outcomes and supporting the Bank's risk management objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for UAE Nationals to build a rewarding career within the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities
Collections & Recovery
- Manage and recover delinquent accounts in line with agreed collection and recovery targets.
- Monitor early warning indicators and support proactive risk mitigation activities.
- Manage an allocated portfolio while maintaining productivity, quality, and service standards.
Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers through approved communication channels to facilitate account regularization and minimize delinquency.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate complex matters where appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve team objectives.
Operations & Improvement
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence within the Collections function.
Qualifications & Experience
- UAE National (Family Book required).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Collections & Recovery or a related banking or customer service environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Understanding of collections, customer engagement, and financial concepts is advantageous.
