Special Education Needs Teacher - Part-Time

Role Overview

Waad Education seeks a Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher to join the team on a part-time basis.

Role Purpose

Create a positive difference in students' learning and development by delivering specialized instruction and support to learners with additional needs in an inclusive, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support and Instruction

• Deliver individualized learning strategies tailored to student needs.
• Develop and implement student support plans.

Collaboration and Communication

• Partner with classroom teachers to coordinate instruction and support.
• Facilitate communication with parents and guardians.
• Work collaboratively with the academic team to support student progress.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in special education or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in special education or supporting students with additional learning needs.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of individualized learning strategies and student support plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and the academic team.
• Passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
