Role Purpose
To deliver exceptional relaxation and indulgence to guests through quality massage therapies and body treatments while maintaining high operational standards and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Treatment Delivery
- Provide quality massage therapies and body treatments to guests.
- Play a key role in creating memorable stories and experiences for guests.
Operations & Maintenance
- Monitor stock levels in the spa.
- Keep all spa areas clean and organized.
Sales & Client Engagement
- Promote spa products to clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate in massage, preferably Thai and oil massage.
- Previous spa experience.
- Luxury hotel experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Able to communicate in English.
- Well groomed with high standard of personal hygiene.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
