Spa Therapist (Male) at Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara, Minor International, located in Doha, Qatar.

Role Purpose
To deliver exceptional spa therapies and body treatments that create a lasting positive impression on guests, while maintaining the highest standards of service quality, hygiene, and professionalism in accordance with Anantara's Standard Operations Manual and training protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Delivery
- Greet guests with warm, welcoming hospitality and address them by name.
- Perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as prescribed in the Standard Training Manual.
- Answer all questions related to services and identify the benefits and advantages of treatments required by guests.
- Contribute to a high level of service in accordance with company standards as prescribed in the Standard Operations Manual.
Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure that all equipment associated with service functions at all times.
- Update the Therapist Log Book.
- Complete all assignments by stated deadlines in accordance with spa manager or supervisor guidelines.
Professional Development & Support
- Participate in new training and refreshing programs as required.
- Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
- Respond to changes as indicated by the company.
Qualifications & Experience
- International Certificate in Massage.
- At least 2 years previous 5-star resort spa experience as a Therapist.
- Able to communicate in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Well-groomed with high standard of personal hygiene.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
