Role Overview

SPA Therapist position at Sucafina, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a female position in a Luxury 5-star multinational hotel.

Role Purpose

Provide exceptional spa services to valued guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience through customized massage, body, and facial treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Treatment Delivery

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, body treatments, and facial treatments.
• Customize treatments to meet individual client needs and preferences.
• Educate clients on proper skincare and wellness practices.

Client & Service Management

• Recommend appropriate spa products and services to clients.
• Manage appointment schedules and prepare treatment rooms.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.

Operations & Teamwork

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Adhere to all spa policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Professional Development

• Stay updated on the latest spa trends and techniques.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certification in massage therapy or a related field is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a 5-star hotel is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in various massage techniques, body treatments, and facial treatments.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physical stamina to perform treatments throughout the day.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
