Role Purpose

To provide professional spa and beauty treatments while delivering a high standard of personalized guest service, ensuring a relaxing, safe, and memorable spa experience.

Key Responsibilities

Treatment Delivery

• Perform a variety of spa and beauty treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and other beauty services as qualified.
• Conduct guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual needs.

Health, Safety & Hygiene

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, grooming, and treatment-room cleanliness.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all products, equipment, towels, and supplies are properly arranged.
• Follow all spa operating procedures, health and safety standards, and hotel policies.
• Report maintenance concerns, product shortages, or equipment issues promptly.

Guest Service & Experience

• Provide professional and attentive service while maintaining guest privacy and comfort.
• Promote spa treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products appropriately.
• Support spa reception and other team members during busy periods when required.

Administration & Development

• Maintain accurate guest treatment records when required.
• Participate in training and continuously develop knowledge of treatments, products, and wellness trends.

Qualifications & Experience

• Recognized certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Spa or Beauty Therapist, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of different massage techniques, facial treatments, and beauty services.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and strong guest-service orientation.

Additional Information

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
