Role Purpose

To inspect vehicles, evaluate seller needs, and facilitate car sales transactions in a professional manner while maintaining high service standards and building positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Meet and greet sellers in a warm and professional manner to create a positive first impression and build rapport.
• Guide sellers through the relevant check-in, waiting, and deal area processes.
• Identify the seller's priorities using standard open and closed-ended qualifying questions.
• Feed relevant seller information to the closer to support deal progression.

Vehicle Inspection

• Perform vehicle inspections in a safe, courteous, and professional manner.
• Complete inspection reports accurately within stipulated timeframes according to SAC quality standards for pictures and vehicle inspection.

Sales Support & Closing

• Assist the closer in closing deals using appropriate trial closing, negotiation, perceived value increase, and objection handling techniques.

Documentation & Operations

• Complete appropriate documentation for accepted offers.
• Forward completed documentation and vehicle details to the Operations Team and ensure full receipt.

Customer Service

• Ensure that all prospective sellers who accept or reject offers are sent off in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a positive image of SAC to motivate sellers to refer other sellers to the company.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid KSA Driving License.
• Minimum 3–5 years of technical or customer service experience.
• Diploma or degree qualification.
• Strong vehicle inspection skills.
• Strong customer experience and sales skills.

Skills & Competencies

• Native Arabic speaker.
• General proficiency in using browsers, applications, and email.
