Role Overview

SKIMS is hiring for multiple positions at its first store opening in Riyadh. The roles include Supervisor & Team Leader, Sales Advisor, Visual Merchandiser, and Cashier, based with Al Tayer Group in Dubai, UAE.

Role Purpose

Supervisor & Team Leader

Oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead the team toward achieving sales targets while fostering a positive shopping environment that embodies the SKIMS brand.

Sales Advisor

Bring SKIMS to life for customers by delivering a best-in-class store experience grounded in product knowledge, genuine care, and inspiring styling that leaves every customer with a memorable experience.

Visual Merchandiser

Bring the SKIMS brand story to life through creative, impactful displays that reflect the SKIMS aesthetic across every corner of the store, from window concepts to product presentation.

Cashier

Serve as the final touchpoint of the customer journey, delivering a seamless, elevated in-store experience through accurate transaction handling, maintained cash desk standards, and warm, professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisor & Team Leader

• Lead and develop team members toward excellence.
• Oversee daily operations of the store.
• Ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
• Drive the team toward achieving sales targets.
• Create a positive shopping environment that reflects brand values.

Sales Advisor

• Represent the SKIMS brand through product knowledge and authentic engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class store experience.
• Inspire customers through styling guidance and product expertise.
• Contribute to a positive store environment.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals in a fast-paced setting.

Visual Merchandiser

• Create creative, impactful window and in-store displays.
• Ensure all areas of the store reflect the SKIMS aesthetic.
• Develop and execute product presentation concepts.
• Enhance the overall shopping experience through visual storytelling.

Cashier

• Handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain cash desk standards and procedures.
• Support customers with a warm, professional approach.
• Represent the brand at checkout.
• Ensure every customer feels valued, confident, and excited to return.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school qualification or higher.
• Experience in a similar or customer-facing role.
• Experience managing, leading, and developing teams (for Team Leader and Supervisor roles).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, agile environment.
