Role Overview
Skilled Helper at Napco National.
Role Purpose
Support warehouse operations and production material handling through identification, segregation, and movement of materials, while maintaining facility cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with company systems.
Key Responsibilities
Materials Management
- Identify materials needed for production and prepare them for loading and unloading.
- Identify materials to be loaded into trucks, distinguishing between raw materials and finished goods.
- Assist in segregation of rejected materials from production and customers.
Housekeeping & Facility Standards
- Maintain cleaning and housekeeping practices according to 5S standards.
- Supervise the disposal of generated waste.
Compliance & Systems
- Implement IMS requirements and close findings related to the function.
- Report problems regarding IMS to the head of department.
Warehouse Support
- Assist the Warehouse team leader in all aspects of warehouse operations and housekeeping duties.
