Role Overview
Skilled Helper position with Napco National.
Role Purpose
To support operations by applying occupational health and safety standards, utilizing office systems effectively, and communicating clearly across business contexts while optimizing resource use.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Equipment
- Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software.
- Generate the required output with the least required resources.
Communication
- Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by Napco.
- Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect humans, property, and prevent market losses.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school degree.
Skills & Competencies
- Communication skills.
- English language skills.
