Role Overview
Skilled Helper at Napco National.
Role Purpose
Organize and plan work and project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short and long term objectives. Assist in machine operation and generate required output with minimal resource consumption.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Operate all steps and activities for required production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures or other instructions if applicable.
- Assist Lead Operator and Operator in all aspects of machine operation.
- Assist Lead Operator and Operator in all aspects of 5S duties.
Planning & Efficiency
- Organize and plan work and project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short and long term objectives.
- Generate the required output with the least required resources.
Equipment & Knowledge
- Maintain knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in Napco's maintenance practices.
- Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software.
