Skilled Helper position at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Support operational efficiency and safety compliance by applying occupational health and safety policies, managing work activities, and interpreting organizational procedures to protect people, property, and prevent losses.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance

• Apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies, regulations, standards, and procedures set forth by Napco National.
• Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect humans and property and prevent market losses.

Operations & Planning

• Organize and plan work and project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short and long-term objectives.
• Generate required output with the least required resources.

Business Knowledge

• Understand the not-for-profit business environment and objectives.
• Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.
