Role Overview

Skilled Helper at Napco National. This role operates around the clock in a production environment, supporting machine operations and material handling.

Role Purpose

To support production operations by preparing materials, managing inventory flow, monitoring machine performance, and assisting operators in meeting production targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Material Preparation & Handling

• Check and load various raw materials and organized raw materials around the clock.
• Prepare rolls to be mounted on the machine.
• Prepare pallets and packing material as needed.
• Handle packing, loading, unloading, weighing and transferring to work-in-progress and finished goods.

Production Support

• Monitor the machine and product during production.
• Assist the operator to reach the KPI target.
• Assist Team Leader, Lead Operator and Operator upon request.

Documentation & Quality

• Acquire all needed paperwork and materials from related sections, including documents, parts and tools.
• Fill the roll and pallet label.
• Report any quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator and Operator.

Maintenance & Housekeeping

• Dispose of generated waste.
