Role Overview

SIS Merchandiser at Savola.

Role Purpose

Welcome and serve customers while maintaining counter hygiene, merchandising standards, and product availability through effective inventory management and display execution.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet and welcome customers.
• Take orders from customers following the WISE program.
• Assist customers through the entire sales process.

Merchandising & Display

• Refill and merchandize the counter display, including buckets and containers, before opening and throughout the day.
• Maintain knowledge of products and planogram requirements.
• Ensure proper First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) rotation of products.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.
• Conduct stock taking.
• Arrange the warehouse and selling area to ensure timely delivery.

Hygiene & Asset Maintenance

• Maintain counter hygiene, merchandising standards, and assets as outlined in the Staff book.
• Perform deep cleaning and maintain equipment hygiene as outlined in the Staff book.

Reporting & Compliance

• Complete timely reporting using the Daily Control Form.
• Perform duties as instructed by your Manager or Supervisor.
