Role Purpose

As a Shift Engineer, you provide machinist work to all equipment, ensuring the seamless operation of the hotel's essential systems and components. Your technical expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail are crucial to maintaining the high standards Four Seasons is known for and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Operations

• Ensure smooth functioning of essential equipment components including bearings, gears, belts, shafts, and control mechanisms.
• Maintain all hotel equipment to the highest operational standards.
• Demonstrate technical skills and expertise in equipment maintenance and repair.

Professional Conduct

• Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects positively on your abilities and contributes to a positive and welcoming environment for guests.
• Conduct yourself professionally at all times as a representative of Four Seasons Hotels' high standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree relevant to the role with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Four years of technical training and field experience as a machinist or operations engineer.
• Saudi Council of Engineers certificate.
• Background with laundry, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and electrical systems.

Skills & Competencies

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office and Word.
• Good communication skills to coordinate daily follow-up emails.
