Role Overview

Setter/in im Vertrieb (Sales Development Representative) – full-time position with NWM Consulting FMR LLC, based in Dubai.

Role Purpose

To support the sales and strategy team through structured lead generation, appointment coordination, and meticulous preparation and follow-up of client interactions. This role is designed for organized, detail-oriented professionals who thrive within clear processes and defined responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Contact

• Conduct telephone outreach to prospective clients using structured conversation guidelines.
• Maintain careful documentation of client information within the system.

Appointment Coordination

• Organize and schedule client meetings in a structured manner.
• Prepare for and follow up on all conversations using established checklists.

Operational Support

• Support strategy consultants in day-to-day activities, including documentation and meeting preparation.
• Accompany team members to events as needed, with clearly defined task areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Sales experience is not required; entry is possible without prior sales background.
• Structured, organized approach to work and responsibility.
• Ability to work efficiently within clearly defined frameworks and processes.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills for telephone-based client contact.
• Attention to detail in documentation and information management.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple appointments and tasks.
