Role Overview

Setter/in im Vertrieb (Sales Development Representative) - Full Time position at NWM Consulting FMR LLC, based in Dubai.

Role Purpose

To strengthen the team through structured preparation, careful appointment scheduling, and systematic outreach to potential customers, enabling strategy consultants to focus on client advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Outreach & Development

• Initiate telephone contact with prospective customers based on conversation guidelines.
• Conduct pre- and post-call preparation following standardized checklists.

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate and plan appointments in a structured manner.
• Maintain accurate information in company systems with careful data management.
• Provide support to strategy consultants in daily operations, including documentation and preparation tasks.

Events & Stakeholder Support

• Accompany team members to events with defined responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• No prior sales experience required; thorough onboarding provided.
• Structured personality with strong follow-through and ability to work within clearly defined frameworks.
• Preference for candidates who value clear processes, efficiency, and accountability.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and planning ability.
• Attention to detail in documentation and data management.
• Ability to work systematically through structured tasks.
• German language fluency (position requires German speakers).
